On 3 November 2017, Globaltruck successfully conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the Moscow Exchange. Following the results of the Offering, common shares were included in the Level 2 listing level on the Moscow Exchange Growth Sector under the ticker GTRK.

The issued share capital of Globaltruck Management consists of 58,462,120 ordinary shares with a nominal value of RUB 100 each.

Other than the holders listed above, Globaltruck's management is not aware of any holders of the Company's shares with more than 5% of its issued capital.
