Globaltruck is a leading Full Truck Load (FTL) trucking operator in Russia. It is the largest FTL trucking operator in Urals and Siberia and the second largest FTL operator in Russia.

The company's key business is domestic and international FTL long-haul transportation of cargoes. In addition, Globaltruck provides freight forwarding services. The Group's truck fleet has an average age of 3 years, which is one of the youngest average truck fleet ages in the industry.

Globaltruck focuses on routes from or to the Central region of Russia to the Urals, Siberia and the Russian Far East and to the EU. The company provides services to approximately 1,000 customers, which operate in the retail (including Metro, IKEA, Sportmaster, Okey, Detsky Mir, Lenta), fast-moving consumer goods (such as Unilever, Protek, Katren, Procter & Gamble, Ferrero), manufacturing, industry and bulk (including MMK, Sibur, UMMC), e-commerce & parcel (such as GTD, DPD, PEC) industry sectors.

Globaltruck has 11 fleet units based in Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Magnitogorsk, Noginsk (Moscow region), Perm, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Samara, Ufa, Cheboksary and Tyumen. Also, Globaltruck manages six truck manufacturer-certified service and maintenance centres located in proximity to its key operational routes in Ekaterinburg, Magnitogorsk, Noginsk (Moscow Region), Novosibirsk, Perm and Omsk.

In 2017, Globaltruck successfully conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the Moscow Exchange. Following the results of the Offering, common shares were included in the Level 2 listing level on the Moscow Exchange Growth Sector under the ticker GTRK.
